International Deployment step by step
First we check where the candidate is going, what type of work is going to be performed, and how long the deployment will be. Before deployment, we will perform a number of checks including:
- Insurances self-employed professional / external employee (content and accuracy)
- Visa / work permit
- High risk potential
- Accommodation, transport, tickets, etc.
- Required vaccinations
- Local laws and regulations
- Tax and social security treaties between countries
Our specialists have extensive knowledge of and experience with international laws and regulations and provide several International Deployment tracks. Based on the checks, our specialists give advice about the necessary steps to ensure the deployment of the professional is compliant, and about the safety of the country. Giving you insight into what still needs to be done and what you have to take into account.
To hire highly skilled migrants and researchers, a company has to be recognised by the Immigration and Nationalisation Service (the IND). Brainnet is a recognised sponsor by the IND.
We make sure all necessary paperwork and documents are in order. If necessary, we will also ensure the payment of local taxes and social contributions. Our trademark Flexbrain can take care of the professional's salary on the basis of payrolling. Obviously, we will take into account the appropriate contracts and local laws and regulations. If needed, we will arrange things such as accommodation, tickets, and local transport.
Single point of contact during the deployment
During the deployment our specialists will keep in touch with you as employer and with the professional. We will provide the monthly invoice (if desired in the local currency of the country in question). Escalations will be handled professionally and we will organise a repatriation if necessary.
